Betty Frazier NEW MADRID — Betty Elizabeth Galligan Frazier, 69, died July 1, 2012, at her home. Born July 11, 1942, in Bon Aqua, Tenn., daughter of the late Emery and Ruth Galligan and Elizabeth Galligan, she was a stewardess for Trailways Busline. She owned a daycare prior to her retirement in April. Her husband, Lester Frazier, preceded her in death in 1990. Survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Cara Frazier of Sikeston; one daughter and son-in-law, Lynn "Pocket" and Jimmy Burton of New Madrid; three stepsons, Randel Frazier, Byron Frazier and Mike Frazier; one stepdaughter, Brenda Ellis; and 17 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. A funeral Mass was celebrated today at the Immaculate Conception Church in New Madrid with the Rev. Randy Tochtrop officiating. Pallbearers were: Andy Hayes, Dustin Frazier, Matt Frazier, Mike Frazier, Ben Frazier and Trey Sullenger. Richards Funeral Home of New Madrid was in charge of arrangements.
