Betty Sue McKnight, 50, died Nov. 25, 2013, at Life Care Center in Cape Girardeau. Born Oct. 4, 1963, in Sikeston, daughter of Clara Johnson McKnight of Kevil, Ky., and the late Earl McKnight Sr., she was a member of the Canalou Baptist Church. In addition to her mother, survivors include: two daughters, Nicole West of Poplar Bluff and Jennifer McKnight of Sikeston; four brothers, Earl McKnight Jr. of Dexter, Norman McKnight of Houston, Texas, Ricky McKnight of Kevil and Randy McKnight of LaCenter, Ky.; three sisters, Wilma Hafford of Canalou, Janene Arfele of Houston and Brenda Ford of Hastings, Mich.; and four grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Canalou City Hall. The Richards Funeral Home of New Madrid is in charge of arrangements.
