Bobby Kinsey LILBOURN — Bobby Lou Kinsey, 85, died Jan. 23, 2013, at the Golden Living Center in New Madrid. She was born Jan. 19, 1928, in Frisco, to the late Ellsworth and Hattie Bon Wallace Rushing. She was married to Howard Kinsey, and he preceded her in death on Feb. 14, 1993. She was also preceded in death by one son, Danny Kinsey, three brothers and one sister. Survivors include: two daughters and sons-in-law, Rita and Cecil Stafford of Lilbourn and Robin and Mark Lange of Perryville; two sons and daughters-in-law, Gary and Patricia Kinsey of Parma and Larry and Camilla Kinsey of Wappapello; and eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Visitation is from 5-8 p.m. today at Richards Funeral Home in New Madrid where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday with the Rev. Travis Lambert officiating. Burial will follow in the Dexter City Cemetery
