Claude White, 85, died Oct. 9, 2011, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston. He was born May 27, 1926, in Conran, to the late William Thomas and Lucinda Hawkins White. He was first married to Opal Faye Kirby who preceded him in death. He later married Alice Marie Huddleston, and she survives of the home. Other survivors include: two sisters, Dorothy Kirby of Caruthersville and Ruth Brown of Fenton, Mich.; and several nieces and nephews. Services were conducted today at Richards Funeral Home in New Madrid. Burial followed in the Mounds Park Cemetery in Lilbourn.
