Diana Rice NEW MADRID — Diana Rice, 58, died July 23, 2012, at Sikeston Convalescent Center. Born Dec. 10, 1953, in Sikeston, she was the daughter of J.W. Rice Jr. of New Madrid and the late Beatrice Mae Wilson Rice. Survivors include: one son, Jason Shane Rice of New Madrid; one daughter, Laura Dale Leigh Adams of Morehouse; two brothers, Jimmy Joe Rice and Jonathan Rice of East Prairie; and two grandchildren, Austin Adams and Macy Adams of Morehouse. She was preceded in death by one brother, Robert Lee Rice. Visitation is from 5-8 p.m. today at Richards Funeral Home, where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday with G.L. Keene officiating. Burial will follow in the Mounds Cemetery.
