Edna Starr, 83 of New Madrid, passed away March 4, 2015 at her home. She was born February 8, 1932 in Pittman, Arkansas, to the late Mike and Elsie Quigley McMackin. On October 25, 1948 in Arkansas, she married Harry Starr, who survives of the home. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by; two brothers, one sister, and four children, Jeffrey, Harry Ray, Michael and Sheila. In addition to her husband, she is survived by; children, Debra Moorefield of Springfield, TN., James and Ricky Starr both of New Madrid, Cindy Warren of New Madrid, Loretta Starr of Dexter and Kelly Haines of East Prairie, MO., one sister Mary Stewart of Sikeston, two brothers, Ronnie and Jerry McMackin both of Sikeston, and 9 grandchildren. Burial to follow at Mounds Park Cemetery near Lilbourn
