Faye Clark
NEW MADRID — Faye W. Clark, 85, died Sept. 26, 2011, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
Born March 11, 1926, in Marston, to the late Cager A. and Nora S. Hawes Gilmore, she was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and the American Legion Auxiliary in New Madrid, Eastern Star and the New Madrid Eagles Club.
She first married Robert Wells, who died in 1944 on D-Day in France during World War II. She married Lee R. Boyd, who preceded her in death on June 10, 1967. She later married John Clark, who preceded her in death on Dec. 24, 1997.
Survivors include: one daughter and son-in-law, Mary Sue and Cecil Hicks of New Madrid; one son and daughter-in-law, William Lee "Bill" and Ethel Boyd of New Madrid; one stepson, Dennis Richardson of Ocean Springs, Miss.; one stepdaughter, Peggy McKay of Montesano, Wash.; and 19 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
Visitation is from 5-8 p.m. today at the Richards Funeral Home in New Madrid, where services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Thursday with the Rev. Eric Mattson officiating.
Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery in New Madrid.
Pallbearers will be: Eric Moore, Lee Boyd, Clark Pierce, Daniel Richardson, Aaron Richardson, Shane Kirkland and Zach Moore.
