Gerald Wayne Brock passed away June 15, 2015, at his home in Marston at the age of 66.
He was born Aug. 1, 1948, in Linda, to the late Lloyd and Helen Copeland Brock, and was a member of the National Hot Rod Association.
On Sept. 17, 1968, in New Madrid, he married Julie Kimball, who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: one daughter and son-in-law, Felicia and Johnny Shaver of New Madrid; his brothers, Larry Don and Linda Raymer of Paris, Tenn., Billy Brock of Robards, Ky., James H. Brock and Paul Brock of Marston; one sister-in-law, Sherry Brock of New Madrid; two grandchildren, Leslie Ann and Christian Barnett of Marston and Ashley Nicole Shaver of Marston; and two great-grandchildren, Matthew Blake Barnett and Annabella Barnett of Marston.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Benny Brock and J.D. Raymer.
Visitation is from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at Richards Funeral Home in New Madrid, where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday with the Rev. G.L. Kenne officiating.
Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery.
