Mildred V. Walker, 81, formerly of Lilbourn, died Oct. 30, 2011, at her home in Jackson.
Born Sept. 26, 1930, in Leachville, Ark., to the late Jack and Minnie Myer Fletcher, she was a member of the Calvary United Pentecostal Church in Jackson.
She was married to William Walker, and he preceded her in death on Aug. 28, 1996.
She was also preceded in death by four sons and one sister.
Survivors include: two daughters, Lisa Greenwalt of Jackson and Sheila Marks of East Prairie; three sons, Rick Walker of New Madrid, Jack Walker of Palm Beach, Fla., and Rocky Walker of Parma; two brothers, Jack Fletcher of Paragould, Ark., and Thomas "Butch" Fletcher of Athens, Ala.; two sisters, Gaily Hagy of Dexter and Melba Clark of Lilbourn; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation is from 5-8 p.m. today at the Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ in Lilbourn, where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Ronnie Brown officiating.
Burial will follow in the Mounds Park Cemetery in Lilbourn.
Richards Funeral Home of New Madrid is in charge of arrangements.
