Marston-Paul Ash, 81, died Oct. 4, 2014, at Golden Living Center in New Madrid.
Born July 13, 1933, in Ridgely, Tenn., to the late Dallas and Reba Crosser Ash, he was an Air Force veteran and employed at Noranda Aluminum until his retirement.
His wife, Dorothy Clay, Ash, preceded him in death on May 18, 2004.
Survivors include: two sons and a daughter-in-law, Paul and Judy Ash Jr. of Blackwell, MO. and Scott Ash of Dexter, MO.; three daughters and a son-in-law, Terry Widener of Springfield, MO, Skyla Jean Schmidt of Lake St. Louis and Lana Rae and Mike Kruse of Oakville, MO; four sisters, Jo Ruth Dale of Rockford, Ill., June Dial of Aurora, Ill., Betty Campbell of Marston and Marsha Jones of Dexter, MO; two brothers, Jim Ash of Marston, MO. and Steve Ash of New Madrid, MO; and 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by three brothers.
Visitation is from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday at Richards Funeral Home in New Madrid, MO, where services will begin at 11:30 a.m. Friday. The Rev. Webb Manley will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Veterans Cemetery at Bloomfield, MO.
Pallbearers will be: Larry Dale, Greg Ash, Tim Campbell, Chris Jones, Brent Ash and Travis Klostermann. Honorary pallbearers will be: Steve Ash and Jim Ash
