Roy G. Edwards Roy G. Edwards, 76 of Lilbourn, passed away September 25, 2014 at his home with family and friends by his side. Roy was born February 13, 1938 in LaValle, Missouri to the late, Aaron Andrew Edwards and Sophia Helen Morgan Andrews.  On August 2, 1954 at the New Madrid County Courthouse in New Madrid, he married Mary Edwards, who survives of the home. Roy was also a retired farm mechanic. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one infant daughter Tammy Gail. In addition to his wife, he is also survived by; seven children, Rhonda Marshall of Clearwater, FL., Connie and Mike Baker of Memphis, TN., Butch Edwards of New Madrid, Sondra and Mike Kimball of New Madrid, Tina Gray and Shawn Carter of Lilbourn and Richard and Scheryl Edward of Marston, 3 brothers, Ed and Dawn Edwards of Star City, IN., J.B. and Amy Edwards Lamasa, CA., Doyle and Mabel Edwards of Sikeston, 3 sisters, Merle and Ray Baker of Vanita, OK.., Margie Rudd of Flora, IN., Maxine Kinsey of New Madrid, 16 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and many friends.
