Vickie May Brant, daughter of the late Ollie and John Southard, was born March 23, 1962 at Lilbourn, MO and died at St. Francis hospital in Cape Girardeau, MO Friday January 16, 2015 at the age of 52. She resided in Canalou, MO all her life.  She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Canalou, MO. She is survived by one daughter Brenda Flanders and one son-in-law PJ Flanders of Canalou, MO; four grandchildren– Anthony Guardado of Canalou, MO, Hannah Mayer of San Antonio, TX, Destiny Brant of Canalou, MO and Tex Flanders of Canalou, MO; two brothers Charles Southard of Malden, MO and Clifton (Bubba) Southard of Canalou, MO; three sisters Hazel Cantrell of Malden, MO, Linda Robinson of Canalou, MO and Carolyn Hughes of Sweetwater, TN; and two special loved ones, Fred Adridge of Catron, MO and Stanley Mroczkowski of New Jersey; and may other relatives and friends. One sister Hetty Harper of Kankakee, IL and one granddaughter Desarae Guardado preceded her in death. Burial to follow services at Evergreen Cemetery.
