Yolanda Johnson HOWARDVILLE — Yolanda Yvette Johnson, 34, died Oct. 26, 2012, at Advocate S. Suburban Hospital in Hazel Crest, Ill. Born Feb. 15, 1978, in Howardville, she was the daughter of Anthony Sims of Lilbourn and Gwendolyn Johnson of New Madrid. In addition to her parents, she is survived by: one son, Shauntez Johnson of Kansas City, Kan.; and one brother, Torrie Johnson of Hayti. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ruth Dorsey and Tommie Sims and Frances and L.J. Johnson. Visitation is from noon until time of services at 1 p.m. Saturday at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church in New Madrid. Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery in New Madrid. Richards Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
